William Barrick, Richard Perkins, Nicholas Renaldo, Richard Dentico, and Vishal Rekhala have highly-specialized training in the latest diagnostic and therapeutic techniques for the treatment of spinal disorders, including back and neck pain, herniated discs, vertebral compression frac- tures, scoliosis, and spinal instability.

Dr. Barrick is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon. He earned his medical degree fromRutgers Medical School and continued his education by receiving his orthopedic training at the Tufts University/New England Medical Center, Boston MA. He completed a Fel- lowship in Adult Spinal Surgery at San Francisco Spine Institute. He pioneered the techniques of kyphoplasty, total disc replacement, minimally invasive spine fusion and the use of intraoperative neuromonitoring in Dutchess County.
Dr. Barrick is former Division Director of Spine Surgery at St. Francis Hospital, Poughkeepsie. Dr. Barrick is a member of North American Spine Society.
Dr. Perkins is a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon and spinal surgeon. Dr. perkins completed a fellowship in spinal surgery at the San Francisco Spine Institute. He did his orthopedic training at the University of Maryland and Shock Trauma hospitals in Baltimore MD. Dr. Perkins graduated from the NYU School of Medicine in New York City.
Dr. perkins has extensive training in the operative and non-operative management of spinal conditions including both degenerative and deformity. He performs minimally invasive spinal surgery, kyphoplasty and disk replacement surgery. The majority of Dr. Perkins surgical patients are able to go home the day of surgery. Dr. Perkins is a member of North American Spine Society.
Dr. Renaldo is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in the surgical management of adult spine conditions. Dr. Renaldo completed a combined orthopedic/neurosurgical fellowship in spinal surgery at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, MA. Dr. Renaldo was awarded his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System.
Dr. Renaldo has expertise in the non-operative and operative management of adult spine conditions, including herniated discs, spinal stenosis, myelopathy, trauma, instability, and scoliosis. He regularly performs minimally invasive nerve decompression procedures and spinal fusions utilizing microscopes and tubular retractors.
Dr. Dentico is Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR) with subspecialty in Sports medicine. He is a member of both AAPMR (American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation) and The Spine Interventional Society. He has also been trained under Gerard Malan- ga, MD and Jay Bowen, DO (co-founders of New Jersey Sports Medicine), a leading group in regenerative medicine.

He completed his undergraduate education at Villanova University, and then went on to pursue his medical degree at Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Rekhala completed his residency training at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center and fellowship in palliative medicine at New York Medical College. Dr. Rekhala did his interventional pain/musculoskeletal medicine with a focus on regenerative medicine at Rutgers/UMDNJ.
