DAVID T. STAMER, MD
David T. Stamer, originally from Westfield, New Jersey, is a board certified orthopedic surgeon He is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (F.A.A.O.S.), and the American College of Surgeons (F.A.C.S.). He earned his medical degree and completed his orthopedic training at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey where he received extensive training in orthopedic trauma, joint replacement and sports medicine.
Dr. Stamer utilizes innovative, minimally invasive techniques while performing complex trauma surgery, arthroscopic surgery of the knee and shoulder, hand and foot surgery, and ligament reconstruction surgery. He always attempts extensive non-operative care (when appropriate) prior to surgery.
Dr. Stamer has written articles for local newspapers and has been published in several orthopedic journals as well. He enjoys lecturing to the local medical community and spends his free time skiing, biking and working out. He is married and has a daughter.
